· 1 whole chicken (about 4-5 lbs), cleaned and patted dry
· 4 cloves garlic, minced
· ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
· 3 tablespoons olive oil
· 1 teaspoon dried oregano
· 1 teaspoon dried thyme
· 1 teaspoon paprika
· 1 teaspoon salt
· ½ teaspoon black pepper
· 1 lemon, halved
